Crow's Nest Management is an independent Music Artist Management & Services Company, located in Los Angeles and owned by Maike Both, who moved from Hamburg, Germany to the US in the 90s. Maike brings to artist management an extensive international network, the ability to think outside of the box, a constant drive to develop new strategies, plus a sixth sense for recognizing potential and discovering new talent.

Facing the rapid and unpredictable changes taking place within the music industry, Maike believes that "the fans are the new record labels," and that the focus needs to be on developing and building the artist's fan base. She expects her bands to be involved in every step of their careers. "It's your dream ... if you want to be successful, you have to be willing to work for it."

In addition to managing bands, Crow's Nest Management also represents producers/recording engineers and studio/live musicians, not only actively supporting them in finding new clients, but also taking on logistical tasks – negotiations and paperwork, booking of studio time and renting of equipment – so the artists can focus on the most important part of their work: the creative process.
